ATPI is a global corporate travel and events company.
- What is your session about at DIGITALX2019?
I will be talking about what the membership sector can learn from CRM functionality by a leading organisation in another sector. I’ll be exploring how ATPI worked with Microsoft to deliver CRM functionality with Outlook via a third-party component. My session will look at the long-term reality that big tech firms will change the support they offer so keeping flexible and adaptive is the key to success.
- Why is this a topic of interest to membership professionals?
I think it will help membership professionals to understand how to plan effectively for the future with regard to fast-changing communication channels that integrate with CRM systems.
- Who is your session useful for, who would find it useful?
It will be useful for anyone that works for a membership organisation that wants to stay ahead in the way that they communicate with their members.
- Why did you agree to take part in DIGITALX2019 as a speaker?
I wanted to share my experience as a CRM consultant that works in different sectors outside of membership. This project was a global implementation challenge that aimed to future-proof communication with its customers and store important data in the CRM System.
- Are you looking forward to attending and what do you hope to get from it?
Yes! I really hope to learn a lot from other organisation’s experiences.
