I’m MD at Deeson – the digital agency that specialises in design and build of transformative web platforms and applications. I’ve led profitable 95% revenue growth over four years at Deeson. Clients include Royal Collection Trust, Johnson & Johnson, ITV, Imperial War Museum, Robbie Williams, Shepherd Neame and the National Crime Agency.

In 2017 I was part of the founding team of product development company GreenShoot Labs. This venture is focussing on applied AI and conversational interfaces to build productivity enhancing digital products.

Professional development is something that’s really important to me. I am a full member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM), a former member of the Chartered Institute of Public Relations (CIPR). I am also a CIM Chartered Marketer, a former CIPR Accredited Practitioner, an APMG Accredited Change Management Practitioner and a Fellow of the Royal Society for the encouragement of Arts, Manufactures and Commerce (RSA).

I’m also a member of the Advisory Board at Canterbury Christ Church University Business School and will soon be joining the Caldecott Foundation as a trustee.
