Having spent 16 years in publishing and five years at CIPD, she brings a content-, customer- and commercial focus to the membership experience. Sarah’s passion is for developing and leading high performing creative and technical teams, rapidly up-skilling and recruiting for new capabilities to meet emergent business requirements.​
