European Association for Cancer Research
Rachel heads the Communications and Marketing department of the European Association for Cancer Research, a small team with big ideas! Her team is responsible for showcasing the EACR and all its activities in their best light through web, print, email and social media. Her favourite moment this year has been creating and launching the EACR’s new online member magazine, closely tied with finding out how much cancer researchers love promotional pin-badges (clue: it’s a lot).
She has worked for the EACR for 9 years, initially working closely with members on projects, conferences and funding programmes before moving on to focus on communications and marketing.
This digital focus themed session will feature the radical metamorphosis of the EACR’s membership publication from print to digital.
