Chartered Banker Institute
Martin joined the Chartered Banker Institute in 2001 where he has undertaken a number of roles, including Governance Manager and Head of Membership. Following the establishment of its Operations Division in 2015, Martin was appointed to head the newly formed Member and Partnership Engagement Team with a remit covering membership engagement, member experience, customer services, marketing, events and member communications – including website content and delivery of the Institute’s Chartered Banker magazine.
Martin has a particular interest in developing the Institute’s digital offering and in member engagement. He was pleased to be a contributor to the MemberWise member engagement toolkit.
