In her role, Kit is responsible for developing the BMA’s membership product offering to provide high quality experience that meets doctors’ needs and support their working lives. This includes developing new member benefits to enhance the value of membership and optimise membership growth.
Previously, Kit has worked in both marketing and product roles spanning commercial and not-for-profit organisations, specifically working closely with sectors such as, health, automotive, manufacturing and the public sector. Kit’s roles have involved shaping marketing strategy for overseas markets and implementing a CX programme for a complex service organisation to improve churn. Kit has also had experience working overseas, including living in Denmark, which gave her the opportunity to appreciate the real meaning of “Hygge”!
