James has been at the RCOG since 2011, with the majority of that time spent focussed on increasing engagement with the organisation’s 16,000 global membership. Through the implementation of customer-defined segmentation, automation programmes, developing content strategies and utilising digital tools available, the average open rate for member emails has risen to over 50% and contributed to a 98% annual membership retention.
